Postpartum Doula
Support doesn't have to end when you leave the hospital. When you are pregnant, everything revolves around you and your belly. After your baby arrives, whats next? You still need and deserve the same amount of care and attention you had while you were pregnant. You are learning and adjusting to caring for a new life, your new body, changing relationships, and your role in all of this. This is where a postpartum doula comes in! Our primary goal is you and your family in this fourth trimester adjustment period to your new life. A Postpartum Doula will emotionally and physically help nurture and nourish you.
